In Group Work, we focus on learning about different coping mechanisms and theories. It’s an online discussion between up to 6 people focused on a new topic every week. So far, we have spoken about Antioxidants, Psychosomatics, Stress and many more. Counselling is suitable for ANYONE. You have the opportunity to talk about what has been or is on your mind. You can raise specific issues that have been bothering you or questions you would like to ask that you think might help you in the future.
Yes! There is the option for both online and in-person sessions. The in-person sessions are held in my cabinet located on Barázda2, Budapest, Fehérvári út 118/b, 1116 Hungary.
A private session lasts for 50 minutes. The workshop duration is approximately 2 hours. Group work sessions last for approximately 1 hour.
Your privacy is of paramount importance. We will work together in a safe and non-judgmental environment.
The price for a counselling consultation is €50.
A nutritional consultation costs €50.
A couples therapy session costs €80.
