There are days when we push ourselves to do more than we originally intended. We make promises which we do not want to make in the first place. We come home feeling stressed, burned out, unhappy and this spills over to everyone dear to us. We wonder – how did we get here?

It is possible to enjoy work, have time with friends and have some time for yourself where you and people around you feel content with your decision to say “no” from time to time.
